CS Cart Shopping Cart Expert for some easy modifications

Please prior to bidding, make sure you provide references as i need someone that has past experience for this CS Cart Shopping cart. Please no time wasters as my site is live and cannot afford mistakes with my business. Requirements: (1) You need to know how to effectively make the required modifications, and your modifications should NOT affect the future updates of CS Cart!!! The solution should be an add on!! i repeat, so that updates wont cause problems and have no conflicts whatsoever!!! Easy Work required: (1) Made a modification and added a new shipping carrier in orders page. When customer receives order email showing the tracking no, I want it to be sent as a link to them and also show the name of the Shipping Carrier I added and direct that to the shipping carriers webpage. (see tracking file) (2) In all mailing list/newsletters, make default checking/sending newsletters to html instead of text format. Make all mailing list formats the same throughout all pages...Also, make a separate page to only have subscribe to newsletter/mailing list. (3) Make some changes to the way the emails comes to customers, to look more professional.. ie. simple header & footer changes... logo, signature.. already there, but little changes.. (4) In products for sale pages, there is a point that always states how many number of stock you have for sale. If you deactivate it in cs cart admin side, it doesn't make correct inventory calculations.. i DONT WANT the customers on the website to see the no of stock available, but I want it active in admin to calculate inventory.. (5) some changes to checkout regarding payments. i.e for international orders, only allow the methods of payments i will send you and not the remaining.. and the same with local orders.. .. Also, i have an option for pick up orders, When local customer selects Pick up order, the shipping price should automatically go to zero.. and don't have shipping charge. (6) Results of products in site; When results appear for products, and then you have to click page 1, 2 etc I would like the option, to also have view all, so that you can see all the products of that specific page. (7) Another couple of other simple changes that I might forgotten to mention..easy things of course. i.e put my facebook page link on footer site ... extremely easy things.. Also, need to ask a couple of questions regarding SEO modification.. and some other questions about integrating an image gallery that is easy to upload pictures in specified page... Please provide sensible prices and don't be extreme as my changes are not that complicated, I just don't have the time to fix things and need someone reliable to help me out , and not mess things up!!
