We currently have a 2 Magento sites; 1 wholesale and 1 retail. Both are using version 1.3.2.1 and we need to upgrade them to the most recent stable release of version, 1.5.0.1. You will be required to make a manual backup of the sites before upgrading just to be safe. Please bid on this project only if you are a Magento Expert and are 100% sure you can upgrade these sites to Magento 1.5.0.1 successfully. We require someone who has upgraded Magento before and can provide references. Use PMB for questions. Please let us know the cost and the time required. Thank you.
