download and opload products to and from opencart

Hi, I am looking to export all of my product data out of my open-cart web-store into an excel spreadsheet in order to change and amend prices, delete out selected lines and possibly add new categories with new data. Once this is done I want to be able to import data back into open-cart and for all the data to link up back to the original categories with the amended prices, new products etc. I am happy to pay for any plugin (within reason) for this project and will work with you to get the project completed as quickly as possible.
