Drop Ship Inventory Management script

We require someone to develop a OpenCart extension for version 1.5.4.1 or 1.5.5.1 where OpenCart will automatically grab product CSV and/or XML files from suppliers site (the higher the capacity, the better), load the products into the product database, where two or more suppliers have the same item the lowest cost is auto saved and pricing done based on a mark up of cheapest supplier or percent of highest recommended resale price,(highlighting the cheapest supplier). The script needs to have the ability to recognize what products are already in the database and check prices etc.. to keep up with the price changes of suppliers. This script must also allow for custom/scheduled updates, e.g. once daily at 1:00 am, once weekly Sunday at 12 etc. The script also needs to be able to mark item as out of stock/call us for products that are found on the OpenCart database but not on the suppliers CSV/XML file, (with the option of simply, replacing all info in data base with new file, based on setting). Multiple suppliers will need to be imported, who all have slight variations with their CSV files. As you can see, this project will require someone who is experienced with OpenCart as we really can't afford for this script to go wrong.
