Magento order mails combined into one

We're currently looking for a quote to do the following. The client wants a quick and cheap solution. If the price is too high we will have to cancel this project. A client of ours (food delivery service) is currently using magento to take orders. This works well. He would like to see some things simplified however. Currently the restaurant receives an order confirmation per order per client as soon as the order is placed (normal behavior). What we're looking into now is if it's possible to bundle all these orders - of all customers in one mail and have it sent out to the restaurant at the end of the ordering timeframe. There is however an extra catch: If possible the orders should be ordered in that one 'bulk' mail per company, the name people placed in the company field upon registering. So basically at 10:30 a.m. the ordering window closes -> restaurant receives an order overview -> Order overview contains all client names / their orders / their address -> this list is ordered by company (if possible with company name at the top and total price of all orders / company).
