Hi, I am selling digital items using Opencart and like the title says i want to fight against scammers who just using Paypal's Unauthorized Payment Claim to get their money back after the item has been delivered. I thought of customer verification by SMS but i dont know if it would be enough to prove the authentication to Paypal. Also would be fine to find out if someone is using a VPN while making the order. I am open to any idea. Thanks
