Themetalsmarket.com Wordpress-Classipress template revisions

I am looking to get code written for a classipress (like Craig's list) website. Currently, when you review the listing posted on the website, it has a contact the seller form. There is no way in its current form to change that contact form to direct only to me through the website. I need that form to direct all inquiries only to me and keep the seller and buyers apart. The way we will make money on this site is to process the order through our site and take a percentage of the sale. If we make it to where the buyer and seller can connect, they will bypass the site and we will not collect any revenue. Also having issues with the upload file or photo when you post an ad. Need to be able to post up pdf's so that customer can review a few material test reports that come with metals. Last thing is we would like to code a social share for each ad or posting. If you can complete this, I have some more work for you. Would like to have you go through the entire site and make it look professional and not like a standard canned template. Please let me know how much you would charge to perform those three tasks.
