106235 OS Commerce template install

Had to repost because of changes to project details... Need project asap. Please bid if you can do this. Looking for friendly and smart OS Commerce person to help me implement my .psd template. I have sliced it up and am knowledgeable in .php and how the structure system works. Attached are some screen caps of my artwork. Item listing template, Item detail template. The front splash page will just be a single block of flash in center with same header and footer. I can whip up any other graphics required, ie. Buy buttons, Check out buttons, Icons, misc graphics, anything. I will provide FTP root access to server and any other helpful information I can. Payment will be made with Paypal or MO. I would require template designer to have current category underlined when viewing it. For example if you are viewing organic teas, organic teas should be underlined. The text should be plain text and not rendered graphically. Please see attachment 3. Basic template files needed to be created Index splash page Item listing template Item description template Check out/ Buy template Java category drop down menu in header Perhaps some more, not sure on this� Requirements to bid. You must have created at least one template for OSCommerce before and provide URL when bidding on project. I would require some verbal communication before start via phone or free VOIP Skype, Yahoo etc. and USA bidders only. OSC programmer would need to install fresh copy of OSC 2.2 Milestone 2 Update 060817 (latest copy from oscommerce website) onto server before beginning. Additional project notes: Template should be commented out and easily maintained. Small time window for template project. Less than 1 week. I already have all the art work and Flash 90% complete. Communication is key, I require open communication. I am smart, friendly too. If you like the project and meet the requirement feel free to bid.
