The software will have to intergate third party software and devices. The operating system will be windows NT. The system will work as follows. Images will be captured with Minolta Dimage 7 digital camera, then the images will be transferred to a Fuji Film Pictorgraphy 4000 digital photo printer. The software will have a very limited cability of editing images. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. No royalities beyond the original acceptance of the winning bid will be paid now or in the futue. Completed work will be the exclusive property of the Buyer. The Buyer will have full and complete ownership/usage of the finished product, and the exclusive use of the completed working source code.
