VBA Code to Create a Reminder Button on a Public Task Form in Outlook

I have created a custom task form that enters data into a _PUBLIC_ task folder in MS Outlook. The form designer in Outlook allows you to add a reminder with a date and time, but the reminder option does not work in a public folder (it only works in your private calendar or task folder). I would like to purchase code that adds a widget to enter a reminder, date and time on this public form. The reminder should be set in the personal calendar of the individual who enters it. For example, If I open the public folder and create a new task, and on this task I set a reminder, I would like the reminder to be created in my own personal calendar so that it reminds me when the task is due (not someone else), and pops up on my computer screen (not the server). Likewise, I would like others who use this public folder to be able to be reminded when they set reminders. I prefer VBA code. I also need step-by-step instructions how to install the code because you are dealing with a dummy here! The software must work on Outlook versions 2000 and later, and must run under Windows XP.
