Build and Design an Advanced Online Digital Converter Website

Looking for a skilled developer to build a multi purpose online digital converter using this github project as a starting point: [login to view URL] The site should support at least YouTube, Soundcloud, Daily Motion, and Vimeo (though the youtube-dl github project supports several others) and allow users to both download the content and/or convert it. The site should have a layout similar to dirpy.com. A homepage with a place to search or enter in your URL and a studio to manage the conversions/downloads. I would like the site to operate on a "freemium" platform where there are some features that the user will have to become a premium member in order to unlock certain features. I will get in to considerably more detail with the developer once one has been selected. Features for the site: -Download a video in all its available qualities -Convert a video to any other video qualities that we can support -Extract the audio from a video and convert it to any available audio types and qualities (including of course, mp3) -Edit ID3 Tag Data -Edit the filename -Change the "start" and "end" time of the file -Ability to select an entire playlist -Include thumbnails -Ability to upload your own video to the site and make conversions -More Please note, when grabbing videos from sites like YouTube, you have to have to be able to cycle through a large pool of IP addresses in order to avoid being rate limited. The developer is expected to have a good solution for this. Pretty much, anything that can be done via that github project, I want to be available in a clean easy to read and navigate format on the site. I will have more details and features throughout the project. I will make milestones for each major component/feature. The design can be a very simple bootstrap site as long as all the functionality is there. We can do a redesign at the end of the project if need be.
