Build a Website

Simple description: Site for teachers and students where teachers create profiles with them skills and students create profiles with them needed skills. All profile have the following 3 type properties: #mandatory: -profile type (teacher or student) -gender (male/female) -birthdate -City -School name -e-mail -phone (will be validated via SMS) -alias -real names -status (active/inactive/blocked until) -date (for status blocked until) -rating (based on feedbacks given for each taks given from student) #good to have: -avatar image -portfolio images #optional (variable list): -math -chemistry -drawing ... The site will have few sections: -search (based on all profile properties) -user area (where user will manage his profile) -admin area (where admins will have the ability to manage all profiles) Workflow: -student search teacher based on properties -student send message to the teacher, he answer, student sned next message and so on -student give a task (based on them conversation) to the teacher, pay for the task with SMS credit and wait to accept it -teacher accept the task and after few hours/days/weeks finish the job -at the end everyone post feedback and evaluate (from 1 to 5) other party for each optional property; and give common rating (from 1 to 5) for the fiished task. The site must be written on PHP. HTML, javascript with MySQL database. The source code belong to me for future updates and changes from me or partners.
