Develop website.

I need somebody that will work full time on this job untill it is complete. I will pay $300 for this work plus $200 bonus if you completely finish the work within 1 week. I already have the domain which is getting around 2000 visitors every day so I need this site up and running ASAP. Even if its just half completed. Job Description I have some jobs that you maybe interested. 1) remove adverts from a website and replace them with new adverts. you will need to resize the adverts a little. I will provide coding for the new adverts. 2) build a new homepage for this site - [login to view URL] with adverts - again ill provide code and a likeness of how i want the homepage to look. 3) remove adverts from another site and replace them with new adverts. 4) upload files for a new site. 5) after number 4) completed i may need changes making to that site. I buy a few websites every week that need work doing and am looking for somebody who i can work with on going. Im new to this and just learning how things work. I look forwar to hearing from you,
