To avoid SAPM i will pm the link to the website to selected candidats via Freelancer PM. As this is for a customer you must agree not to brand this project and only deal with me. Design needs to be nice and clean in look and very clear and easy to use. You will have to: Design logo & template for front page Create or use one of yours CMS admin pannel were admin can control the website Integrate AdSense for ads on users page SEO intergation Google maps API Facebook API for users to select how they want to login on the website Twitter API I would like the website to be xhtml/tableless web 2.0 style. I was told that there will be future development of this project as they will want to expand in another three countryes in Europe till the end of the year. Please fell free to ask me questions via Freelancer PM for any additional info. Project price will be a maximum of $1300 US dollar so BIDS that are BIGGER then this WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Payment will be made ONLY via freelancer milestone services in three parts like so: First payment will be done after template/logo design approval by client. Second payment after website is done and put up for a test on your server. Last payment will be done once the website is uploaded to our server and tested!!!!! If you do not agree with this condition please DO NOT BID. Completion Rate must be at least at 65%, bidders that will have a lower completion rate please DON'T BID.
