Minor changes to PHP website

Hi - i run a small website and just need to make it work a little better. Im currently having it redesigned but certain aspects of the site are letting it down. I want someone to fix these minor issues and make the site run smoother. Apart from the fixes i need below i would like you to view the website - place an order and abort before payment. I would then like you to advise what improvement you can make in addition to the below fixes. I look forward to working with someone that can make my website better in usability and functionality. Ability to re-send order confirmation Ability to send order in progress notification Ability to manually add orders to register. Make upload page secure with SSL Send customer satisfaction survey upon completion Set up fb page Get 5000 likes/friends --- Usability Changes: Selecting the nationality doesn’t carry forward once selection is made Calendars are ugly Date is in USA format – should be UK Registration form is ugly Form Should Be As: Full Name as in passport Remove Fathers name Remove Mothers name Nationality should be drop down menu Address – should be separated into 3 Lines Passport Details: Remove Place of Issue Travel Details Selecting business – should show message Please note that these visas are ENTRY VISAS allowing travel for ALL INTENT and PURPOSES which include Business and Tourism but if you specifically require a BUSINESS visa then this is not something that we or any other AGENCY can arrange. Travel start and End dates have already been requested earlier and hence should be populated here. Completing the order – name and address and email and telephone is all re-requested.
