3 page RE investing WordPress website

I would say for now 3 pages (Home, About, and Contact) we can ad on later right? I will want to add a few pages later. I also have a WP add on that I will have you install that acts a a squeeze page attached to my site. As far as a theme? I like ones that look clean but sophisticated as well...something cutting edge maybe? Also will need logo the name of the site will be "REI2" like Real Estate Investing Squared...like a mathematical formula if you will? I want to incorporate real estate investing with a mathematical look something like a symbol? As I'm sure you know branding is everything!!!
