I need a simple script which allows for customers to download their PayPal balance into our PayPal account in exchange for SA Rand. The script should be similar to: [login to view URL] It should be manual driven as the customer will enter the request (amount, and other details as on above link), and the script will let them know the fees/exchange rate. The admin will then email them a link to click and download funds from PayPal. The admin should then update manually once the local funds have be settled to their account.
