Repairs and Security Work to Older CRE Loaded Site

Have an older CRE Loaded website V6.2.1 that has a ton of upgrades and custom work done to it. The PHP version is very old (2006) so I'm getting a lot of Depreciated errors, things do not work correctly like forms, checkout, customers cannot login, etc. I am also experiencing a lot of hacking attempts, some are successful at placing shells in the site and I need the whole website gone through, updated and made fully functional along with some upgrades. Here is what I want done and here is the website: [login to view URL] 1) The CAPTCHA images do not display correctly throughout the store making the forms and account creation process useless. I want them upgraded to the latest version and test every aspect of the site to insure it is working. Here are a few pages for examples notice the security code at the bottom does not display: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 2) Go through the site and add the necessary security patches and fixes to avoid the website from being hacked. 3) The checkout module is garbage, hard to use and is outdated. I want a very reliable and super stable one page checkout module installed that will work every time without errors. 4) For some reason customers are unable to create accounts and existing customers are unable to login, this needs to be fixed right away. 5) The specials module is not working correctly - Using this page as an example [login to view URL] you will notice that the pricing is not being displayed properly and the Images at the bottom do not appear. These errors appear in many places and need to be repaired. 6) The discussion forum and blog are not working for some reason. Both of them were wordpress and now they do not work, do whatever is necessary to get them up and running. What I am looking for is a reliable website with all the bugs and errors removed so be sure to go through the whole site and do whatever is necessary to insure that this site is operating at 100%. I need this work done quickly and by quickly I mean start working on the site as soon as I award the project, be sure to include any additional information you have with your bid to help up me make a decision.
