simple site skin design, script installed and mod

HI, We are a brand new site (called MMA Vote), please find attached our logo. What we want is a simple skin created using the colour scheme of the logo. And this PHP script installed, [login to view URL] (we have already bought it.) I would then like you to mod it a bit by adding a few sections. Firstly a section that allows me to enter the current betting odds on each option, which is displayed to the user once they have voted. Then perform the following calculation "1/pecentage * 100" = decimal odds. This is then compared to the actual odds that I have manually entered and if this compares favourably (ie is greater than) then this should be shown in a green box as a value bet, otherwise it is displayed in a red box.
