Urgent Quality Website with Active Directory integration

Please see attachment for more information: But short work consist of : 1: Wordpress site with active directory integration, use what ever plugin u want, as long as it works perfectly 2: Adding articles with video and attachments 3:Search functionalty, based on categories and tags 4:Most populer articles and some other minor stuff Design is very very importent, so i need someone who knows good design, no wanna be designers or wannabe wordpress experts please. The site needs to be created fast, as i dont have much time...but quality must remain good...so i need someone who knows what he is doing and can hit the ground running and get started asap.
