149926 Very Simple Site & Network Bar

Hi, I am looking to have a very simple site design built for my proxy network main site. The site will consist of a logo in the middle of the page on a white background and right below that a dropdown box listing all of the sites in the network that when selected will send you to that site. The second part of the project is a network bar, this will just be a bar that can easily be added to all of the sites in the network that will rest on the top of the page with the network logo on the left side of the bar and a drop down box on the right with all of the other network sites in it. I would like it to be easy to edit the sites in the network bar and I would like you to provide simple instructions of how to ad the bar to the front page of my sites as well as the proxified pages for the site. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask them in the PMB, I am looking to get this project done rather quickly as it is very simple. Thanks
