465957 website design change css restyle

Hello designers want a website design changed for our tour website. I bought a cheap website which looks rubbish and I want it in the style of [login to view URL] I want it as near as that site, even with a nice background to give a feelgood factor when people search for their next holiday. But that site loads quite slow, so i need all the styling optomised for quick page loading. The homepage needs to have header, logo (which we can design), left sidebar with search function that we have already got, just needs the code dropping in place. Also on the right I want lastminute hotlist panel that shows last minute deals. In the centre we need to have space for a little content writing such as a welcome message and a panel for special featured items. All the other pages must pull the header and left panel. Also bear in mind that we need a search results page. We have all the php files, the site is very simple on the surface. I think in the entire site there are only around 15 pages. it can be found at [login to view URL] The site will be in 2 languages, so we need two flags and login panel etc. Budget very tight on this one. Also, must be able to deliver fast.
