This site is for a sports personality. We like the site [login to view URL] and would like something similar. Our requirements are that the site has an admin section to update the player stats, news and guest book comment sections. The guest book comments must not post live but allow us to edit and preview prior to posting, this should be PHP based. This job is to build only the frame of the site. So we would like the graphic design and menuing system completed. We will fill the content ourselves.

I can provide this for you using an existing package. If you are set on PHP, I can use Drupal; my preference would be Plone (a Python/Zope package), which is better designed and has some more basic features. Either should allow moderated comments and a management system for of all the public pages. Delivery time includes a testing cycle; initial results should be available in roughly 10 days.
