Wordpress design and development

Hello, I am looking for an individual with great designing skills. I need wordpress theme designed and customized. The Vantage theme is bought and installed already ([login to view URL]). I want you to design the site, modify the current theme and add more functionality. So there are basically two parts of the project: designing the site and customizing wordpress installation. You must be able to do both parts. Here is the short overview of the main project features. More details will be sent to selected bidders: 1. design the site -- Impressive Looking, corporate looking and professional , easy to navigate -- All graphics used must be license and/or loyalty free images -- Colors: green , blue, yellow -- Simple but great looking front page, other pages follow the design of the front page. On some of the pages additional image(s) will be needed. -- The bought theme is fully responsive. You have to keep this in mind. 2. Wordpress customization -- Basically two user types: contractors and members. Contractor account is monthly recurring membership, members accounts are free. -- Members can search and contact contractors, post a project or purchase any product -- Simple eShop section with products to sell 3. Others: -- Deadline 5-7 days -- Will work on live installation from the start, since we will be using bought theme. This is just basic overview of the project. I think the wordpress customization should not be difficult since Vantage theme is already bought and installed. Great PHP skills will be required, however. I am looking for someone that is really eager to develop long-time relationship with me. I will have other projects for you if you are able to deliver the work in 100% quality on time. I already have one great developer/programmer and need someone with great designing skills. Ability to deliver the project on time is essential. The previous designer I used here on freelancer.com did great designing job but was not able to keep the deadlines. He even disappeared for four days when I needed him most. If you take your business seriously, I would be happy to work with you on other projects. Please, consider this project as a paid test of your skills and responsibility.
