Wordpress Website Design and Content update (Final)

Project Description: This posting replaces earlier posting. I need a wordpress website that will designed on a responsive theme that incorporate corporate yet futuristic and agile design cues. The website will focus on bringing five key and separate synergies together, and with each domain theme having it's own unique theme, content structure and images to personalize that sub-area. Each energy domain will be considered as a sub-domain of the main website. The five key synergies are: - Geographical Information Systems for Development: Focuses on remote sensing and geographical information systems management, development and application to rural and urban development. Wrap on this domain will be provided in more detail. - Religion & Spirituality: focuses on sharing articles and sermons with ability to receive feedback, interact with online users and allow comments and posts to religious articles. Articles must be sub-admin configurable with count of responses and likes. - Informatics & Analytics: This sub-section will focus on projects and services delivered in the area of informatics & analytics, as well as offer ideas and measures that apply to the domain. We must be able to externally link to the actual services sites from here. - Telecommunications & Management: Will have same concept as above, as well as provide the products and services. - Farming & Food: will have same concept as above. Each sub-theme and sub-domain must have ability to host a blog, a sliding banner unique to it, articles with capability to link to Social sites and sub-management of the CMS applicable to that sub-domain. The banner must have the option of adding text within [login to view URL] Project Description: Summary: - the choice of website is Wordpress. Preference is for aesthetic, performance, responsiveness and fluidity. - You will present PSD versions for approval before proceeding to the actual web site design. - The religion is not important and we expect graphics that are universal in nature to Christianity or Islam or Others. Update summary: Websites must be Wordpress 3.5.x versions. Site must be secure and ready to be deployed on installed instances of both Joomla 3 and wordpress 3.5 Logo is attached for use for Otchere Foundation. Logo for GISD is attached. The GISD logo will need to be enhanced Other sub-domain or areas will have their logo place market provided for addition E.g. E-logix, etc. In total, this is a website with 5-sub areas, each area referred to as a synergy or entity. Milestones: Released only after satisfactory completion of project. This is intended to get all the fraudulent and cheats off this project. P.S. Site loading to CMS will be handled by ourselves. Therefore it's imperative to note that no CMS or site details will be forwarded to designers. Site must be completely portable and delivered in zip format for upload to the CMS with all instructions where needed for additional content to be appended to complete the site.
