Extract text from PDF

I need a program to extract text from a pdf file. The format of the file will be that of a US govt. tax form W-2 or 1099. A sample form is available at [login to view URL] The form where the text will be extracted will not be on the web but local to the user. The program will need to be able to accept command-line parameters so that it can be called in from another program and run transparently to the user. The text extraction must address every area of the form with no exceptions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
