Improve Temptation Blocker program

Temptation Blocker is a freeware program on the Windows platform that restricts access to selected applications for a specified period of time. The program is intended to be used by people who have trouble with distractions, and for this reason like to limit their access to programs so that they can get more work done (e.g. internet browers, etc.) After the program is set up, whenever a user clicks on a blocked program on the desktop, a window appears informing the user how much time s/he has left before s/he can use the program. The user can override the block by typing in a randomly-generated 32-character code. I would like a programmer to update the program in the following ways. (1) Allowing an option for the 32-character code override to be disabled, so there is no way for the user to obtain access to any restricted programs during the specified time. Extra protection against temptation/distraction! (2) There is currently a "bug" in the program. One can access restricted programs through the Start menu, or through other programs. (e.g. I can call up Mozilla Firefox even though it is blocked if I do it through a stat program of mine.) I would like this bug to be fixed, or this hole "filled in" so to speak, so that the user cannot access the restricted programs in a round-about way. Source code is attached in a zip file. Thanks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP.
