Interactive Article Rewriter Application (VB6!)

This project contains an element of a "Spinner" type program in that it reproduces many similar copies automatically of an article, compatible with two popular services, ContentSpooler and JetSpinner. The software needs to facilitate rewriting articles using human [login to view URL] are many rewriting programs available, but none that I have tried are fast enough, accurate enough, or have all the features desired. The project must be written in VB6 so I can add future enhancements myself. I prefer VB functions if possible. If other prewritten modules are used they must not require a license and need to be integrated into the master program. The program will use Access databases to store settings and other program data. Files not stored in the database. The general idea is for the program to accept an article in the word processor function then create several new re-written versions with the users help. This program near-clones the program Word Flood but with a little more features. User specifically selects new/alternate words and phrases from a pop-up or highlighted selection of a word or phrase. These alternate words or phrases will help form the spinner compatible files. The Program also keeps track of word count, word frequency, percentage changed from original, etc. There will be 2 tabs for viewing/editing the article (text and rtf). The project can be saved along with all settings, and restarted. The program needs to be fast, flexible, and allow for expansion. There will be a main thesaurus and also user input to a second thesaurus. The winner will be expected to view and try demos of some current rewriting programs to get a feel for how to use them, how they work, and limitations. I am open to suggestions concerning the project to make using the program faster or more accurate. The main goal is to be able to reuse existing articles without them being considered duplicate articles by the search engines. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Application needs to run on Windows XP and higher. This program will need to be made in VB6. See attachment for more specific details and requirements. Only bids where the words "I understand English directions" are included will be considered.
