Logo Design and CSS redesign

This project is 2 parts, and you can bid one one or both parts. 1) I need to design a logo for a company called "HOA Tools". This is a service of another company, called "GoodNeighbor Systems, Inc.". I am attaching the current logo of GoodNeighbor Systems. For the HOA Tools Logo, I'd somehow like to incorporate the smiling blue house from the GNS logo. I will need to see samples, and you can put a watermark on them or whatever, so you can be sure I won't steal them. Final deliverable will be at least 3 different versions of the same logo, at 180x120, 180 x 600, and 1200 x 1000 resolutions, in PNG format. If you want to do a bonus job, I will consider alternate logos for GoodNeighbor Systems as well as HOA Tools. 2) I am planning to redesign the layout of a website, which I'm attaching a screenshot of. The code on this site is not complete, and will change several times in the next month. What I want right now is a design proposal that integrates the HOA Tools logo (done above) into the site, including common color themes. Feel free to change the location/layout of menu bars. I want to get rid of the blue/green/orange layout that is there now. The deliverable for this item is ONLY a sample image file, showing what the site would look like with your CSS, probably in 800x600 or 1024x768 resolution. For this item, a bonus would be 2-3 alternate "skins" that are consistent with the logo, but which would offer the user an option to change the background, field and button colors. Time frame for delivery is the next 10 days. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Standard APACHE web server.
