Populate 4 HTML pages with database content

I have four html pages I have already created. They need to be populated dynamically from the MySQL database using PHP. The database is complete, I have even stated in the website which fields need to go where. There needs to be URL rewriting for 2 of the pages for SEO. This is a club listings website and I will attach images so you can be clear about what needs to be done. The two pages which need the URL rewriting are: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] An example how one of the first dynamic URL could be like: [login to view URL] The second could be something like: [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] It's a pretty straight forward project. ## Deliverables On the right hand side of all the pages shows a list of popular nightclubs and also popular guides. This is the only table(s) that you will need to create to keep count of which guides and which nightclubs are popular. As someone views a guide or views a particular club then there needs to be some sort of mechanism to keep count of that but not to count when someone just presses refresh. Other than this all the data is in the database already. [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]) This page needs the ability to send the message to an email address, but not using the mailto: html function. [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]) This page displays just this one club and the URL needs to be rewritten to something like *club_name*-*club_venue*.php (example: [login to view URL]) [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]) This page should display all clubs for that particular city but they should only be displayed 10 at a time. This page URL is also rewritten to be [login to view URL] (example: [login to view URL]) [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]) This page is probably the simplest and just shows the list of all the cities which have clubs in the database which are happening in the future. In fact, all the data which is pulled from the database for [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] should be for clubs/cities which have listings in the database which will happen in the future. This will be clubs which are weekly (regular) and also for events which are irregular and in the future. For someone who knows PHP this should all be a very straight forward project.
