1) What we need:
an implementation in Delphi of a web-service (one single method, with 6 arguments, returning a fixed value), specified by a WSDL.
2) Why?
This is for helping one of our customers who develops in Delphi (but apparently is not that familiar with web-services yet). Since all of our implementations are in Microsoft.NET, we do not know (and do not want to investigate in) how to implement this simple web-service-method in Delphi. For integration with one of our products we impose a web-service-interface (described by WSDL) to be implemented by the customer (in any language they want of course, since web-services are platform-independent).
3) Specification:
a) The web-service-method (pseudo-code):
HasFinancialContractType ContactHasFinancialContract(String anExternalPatientID, DateTime anAppointmentDate, String aDepartmentName, String aDepartmentCode, String aDepartmentExternalCode, String anAuthorityCode)
With HasFinancialContractType being an enumeration type with possible values “Yes??, “No?? and “Unknown??. The implementation always returns “No??.
b) The complete WSDL:
see attachment
4) Not required, but appreciated: If a specific tool is used to generate the skeleton code we would like to know which one. Any indications of other such tools would also be appreciated too.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows:
a deliverable together with a clear description of how make it ready-to-run within Microsoft IIS 5. An installation package is not needed. The deliverable (web-service) will then be referenced and called from a .NET client application.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
Windows XP in version 5 of Microsoft IIS.
