Fix tooltip from not hiding when not clicked

I can make the tooltip to hide on clicking anywhere on screen. I will complete this work in a day. I will be available online from 1 am UTC/GMT to 5 pm UTC/GMT, fulltime individual freelancer. Looking for your reply to start the work immediately.
