URGENT - NEED IMEDIATE HELP CUSTOMIZING WORDPRESS TEMPLATE

BUDGET $50 I need the following changes done today/tonight on a wordpress template/homepage. Please look at the attachments and only bid if you can complete immediately to a high standard. We always need wordpress experts so plenty more work to follow (I have another project ready for tomorrow)! [login to view URL] The changes I need are hopefully not too complicated for a wordpress pro! Please see the attached for a screenshot of how it should look. The site I need changing is www dot countrysidemedia dot co dot uk / rytons The changes I need are as follows: 1 - The scale on the homepage has been slightly reduced, I also need the content pages reducing too. 2 - The titles need to be slightly smaller with less space above and below them (less space around them). 3 - I need all the navigation buttons in the top nav bar repositioned to the top right (see screenshot attached), with a "Job Vacancies" button also added (not job alerts as the screenshot shows). When clicking on the "Job Vacancies" button a drop-down with the job search fields should appear (just like the "find a job" button here): www dot blayzegroup dot com, the actual search field should relate to our own database though!!! 4 - I need the main banner image reduced in depth and then a tabbed section overlapping the bottom of it (see attached image). As the main image changes the tab should change too (i.e. one main image for each tab). The tab sections will be as follows: About Us, Sectors (which will have sub buttons – Residential / Construction / Social Housing), Clients (with subpages of: Executive Search / Database / Tailored / Interim), Candidates (Sub pages – Recruitment Process / Help & Advice), Vacancies, Contact Us.
