Advanced Website Design Mockup

I have a new project which I am currently in negotiations with the client over. The client is a large construction/quantity surveying/cost consultancy company who operate worldwide. They are looking for a new website to replace their current one. This is what I need to be produced in around 1 weeks: * Produce a 1-page html website design mockup with advanced design, flash header and high graphical content * all top level links from the attached layout diagram should be present, but do not need to be working links as this is a mockup. * before creating the html mockup, I am happy for you to send me a jpeg design to approve. * The logo and another corporate logo are attached. * Further graphics for the page should be taken from the projects on the for the mockup will be provided. * This website will be a large corporate site if given the go-ahead, and therefore a highly advanced design is needed. The quality of the competitor sites below needs to be matched in the quality of design. My budget for this mockup page to be produced is $150. If you feel that you can achieve an advanced design (comparable with the 3 reference sites I have given) including high graphical content and a flash header, please bid. Several mockups are being sourced, and the most impressive will win the contract to develop the whole site, likely to have a £1000 budget minimum. | | | | | | | ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
