Create 10 Minute Talking 2D Flash Character Presention

Create an all new, ten minute, two dimension, synchronized talking, two character animation in the latest version of flash. The resulting product will be similar to: <[login to view URL]>, but no parts will be copied. Programmer will code the flash to allow 20 different languages to be selected before startup. Buyer will provide facial pictures of the two presenters from which programmer will base caricatures. Programmer will produce animation, background, quality of facial moments and body movements and voice synchronization in a similar to the quality in the above example. Buyer will provide audio for both speakers. Programmer will code the audio file to be external to allow changing to various languages. Programmer will provide subtitles to be timed with the audio and there will be a choice of 20 different languages. Each subtitle-frame-content will be stored externally in an XML file, which will allow for 20 different languages. Buyer will provide graphics to be displayed within the presentation box. Programmer will allow for the possibility of 20 different sets of presentation graphics based on language selected. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
