Need to design a online community portal. 1) portal 2) chat 3) forums/whiteboard 4) PHP MySql 5) must have a information repository with the following specs LCM: -Provides collaborative workspaces and communication with others * -Instant messaging* -Is compliant with SCORM, IMS, AICC industry standards also XML. Must be able to download and upload information quickly -Facilitates content migration (interoperability)* -Administrative applications (must be able to function as stand-alone system that manages enrolment as well as tracking and timing* -Automated implementation processes? With deployment within hours no longer than 2 days. LCM must have pre-packaged process options that can just be turned on avoiding expensive consultant fees. -Searches * -Database (relational)* -Metatagging of learning objects simplified -Hosting ? -Generally a LCMS should create, store and deliver learning objects rather easily (no need of technical knowledge) -No pluggings * -Lean system * -Consulting?
