Need PSD webpage converted to HTML/CSS

We are going through a site redesign and have a PSD image of our new page design that we need sliced and converted to html/CSS. The final webpage should look exactly like the PSD image and the content should be able to be updated and the layout should be flexible to fit different content (this 1 page will extend to many other pages on our site). There will be a few features that must be accounted for: ? - Many headings will need to be able to change color on the fly (so they can't simply be images), we'll define these out but the html/CSS should account for easy color changing on the fly ? - Because we use a glossy look on a lot of the colors that will be changing you will need to be able to recreate that effect, probably through using a slightly transparent layer on top of the color ? - We have 2 different rollover effects for our 2 navigation bars, these will need to be coded ? - The background fades into a color that the user chooses, so that color would be selected on the fly and changeable ? - There are 3 columns, the left and right columns should grow or shrink in height to only be as long as they need to be to fit the data that is in them. The data in them will change on every page and for different users so their lengths need to be able to adjust accordingly ? - The width should be fixed to a maximum width as in the image but be able to shrink for smaller screens There may be other effects as well but this covers most of them. In addition, we have other similar pages designed as well, so if successful there will probably be a chance to work on parts of the other pages that aren't included in this web page to help us get a complete redesign. ## Deliverables I've attached an example of one of the pages we're redesigning (except the crazy blue background which is now just a solid color fading from white to the color). This may not be the exact page that we use but it will be very similar.
