search/directory web site

Web developer required to create a directory with full search functionality. There needs to be content management systems in place to create new directory categories and sub-categories. Also need to be able to manage all directory listings, edit/delete/add listings. All new pages created need to have static urls, and the content on each page needs to be managed. Content will include title and brief page description. Need to review all new sites submitted and approve or dissapprove the listing. Check box required for multiple approve/disapprove. Need to manage ads on the site through admin panel as well. Also require statics for ads, e.g. impressions and click throughs. Adsense ads are also to be displayed on the site. Professional web design required. High quality work required, sites must be delivered on time, and completely tested. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
