WANTED: Expert Programmer skilled in PHP, ecommerce, design

Looking for an experienced programmer to work on e-commerce site using a shopping cart at www.sunshop.com. At this stage, the site was started in this software.I need a script that will take price, pictures, catagories, stock etc FTP and CSV files from 8 vendors and upload it to the site matching SKU's and only listing the cheapest product. It must be able to add markup prices from the cost at the vendor. I have a credit card company already approved to accept payments and it must be linked to the site. The site must incorporate shipping carriers like FEDEX and UPS. The site must be completely configured and tested to accept orders upon completion. I would enjoy sharing more details about this project, and am looking forward to working with smart, honest, good people. This will turn into a lot of current/future work, when I find the right person/business. You must agree to not disclose any details of this project and not compete in any way after receiving further project details. All funds will be kept in escrow and will not be released until project is complete to my satisfaction. Do not make bids that include milestone payments upfront.
