add appearance changing option on a core php site

In our current core php site we want to change the the look of our front end/side from admin section. Like: Change the color of header, footer, button, page background etc. Also change the page layout from ready template. In admin panel there will be a section for front end modification: Header: Appearance: here we will have different type of header design (layout) and we can pick from those. This design will be applied for all pages. Color: from here we can change the color of applied header. Footer: Appearance: here we will have different type of footer design (layout) and we can pick from those. This design will be applied for all pages. Color: from here we can change the color of applied footer. **same as header Home page: Appearance: here we will have different type of Home page design (layout) and we can pick from those. This design will be applied for all pages. Product page: Appearance: here we will have different type of Product page design (layout) and we can pick from those. This design will be applied for all pages. Catalog page: Appearance: here we will have different type of Catalog page design (layout) and we can pick from those. This design will be applied for all pages. Other changes: Button: from here we can change button color and shapes (shapes will be listed we will choose from there) background: we may change the background color of any or all pages from here. Shape of any section/div: we may change the size or shape of any div from here.
