I am looking for a [login to view URL] developer to add basic CRM features to default UNA Platform as an Installable [login to view URL] App.
Steps :
1) A new form to be added linked to persons profile that only Admin or Authorised User (via permissions ([login to view URL])) can see the Form with CRM fields.
2) The Viewable Page - Visible only to Admin or Authorised User via permissions ([login to view URL]).
FLOW EXAMPLE:
From Studio click on ACCOUNTS
Then click on a profile to view it opens [login to view URL] (for example).
In that view add button that admin only can see "Add Communication"
That opens a new form with fields :
Date, Time, Subject, Type (Select from Drop Down either Phone, Email, Conversation), Details (a large text field), follow up date/time with message (to create a Notification event).
In future when going back to step 1, a profile view that only Admin sees showing a list of communications and if you click on any one of them the details come up.
You will need to be familiar with the [login to view URL] platform, its admin studio, file structure and database structure. It is available here for free download [login to view URL]
