Build a Classifieds Website

I am looking for someone who is immediately available, diligent and nuture excellence. Website should be done functional similar to website [login to view URL] but without copywrite violation. Design should be a bit different, unrecognizable and simple. Their design is „cartoon type“ of design and I don't like it at all. Rearrange of old function elements and use new ones ( ex. slide show....) should be enough to avoid copyright violation. It has to have all that features. Additionaly, 1. website should have option where listing results can be viewed on map. When cursor is on pin small pop up shows details ( with photo) about that specific ad. Position of map would be a second tab and first tab is classic listing or gallery listing. Third tab has listing of vendors according listing (filtering) results. Forth tab has map location of the vendor's locations. 1a. vendor's ads have buy cart button where payment is processed on website account That button when is hit hit sends email to vendors private email to inform that has order. 2. details page should have option where registred users can rate vendor with explanation. 3. unregistered user when visit details page can send comment ( bid ) to seller. 4. at details page there are arrows back and foward to browse ads without returning on result listing. 5. simple blog where admin can write short articles 6. simple admin backend Filtering options has to be design different and a bit extensive on cars, properties and rent properties ( filter based on date and number of beds ) categories. Tehnology has to be core php, code clearly structured, responsive, SEO featured and securely feasable.
