Build me a Custom Car Wash Website from scratch

Hello, we are looking for an expert website developer who can create a fully custom design car wash website that is highly responsive and SEO. We need someone 100% United state based who can 100% read and write in 100% English and fluent and get started on our website project right away. We have our own domain and hosting through HostGator we currently have a WordPress website created on our servers and will need that website fully removed and deleted we are not going to reuse any of the content as the content is old and outdated and we have new pictures, videos, and content ready to go to add to the website. Because we are a car wash company and rely on online presence, we need to make sure the website is 100% made from scratch and designed from scratch I will not buy any premade themes or templates please do not ask me to purchase any themes or templates everything must be created and coded from scratch. The objective for this website is for online customers and current customers to visit the website and learn more about our car wash company and how we differ from other hand car wash companies , what car wash packages and pricing we offer , view photos and videos of past customers vehicles we have detailed , showcase promotional marketing material and promo codes , We also need a booking system developed where customers can book mobile or in store details and pay for the service right then and there to successfully book there appointment. We do not want to use google appointments or any other cheap plugins because we need the customer name , address , year , make , model and license plate from them to book a mobile detail and the customer name , year make and model and license plate to book a in store appointment and payment will need to be made in order to book the service online. Another thing is we need a way to make sure its easy to upload content such as news updates, pictures videos you name it to the website because we want to keep our website updated daily with updated content and marketing material.
