I want to build a website in which individuals and companies can post their ads for renting and buyinig houses in Cyprus. I would like the website to be in wordpress and I would like to have a website for 2 different sections: for renting and for buying. For each one of them, a different form for uploading ads, different filters, and different packages should be facilitated. Users should be able to register and save their searches and put some ads as favorites. Also, the website should allow for sorting (with respect to, e.g., price, date the ad was uploaded). The website is [login to view URL] (for now I have just put a template and the logo). The website will be working in 2 languages (English and Greek - I will take care of the translation of the standard items). Login of users should be faciliated with social media as well. So, by the end of this project, I expect a fully functional website in which there can be: a) subscribers for making their own profile for saving their searches and favorite ads b) the ones that post the ads; one aspect that I do not know how to do is that I want to add some form of verification to avoid spams. For example, for the individuals that post ads for free they should authenticate some bank account (prefereably in Cyprus, something like what freelancer.com does).
