This is not a coding project. We want to hire experience web developer as coach to train our team on web developing. The job will be in Q&A format, we raise questions, and you provide the comment/suggestion from your knowledge & experience. There will be around 100 questions in our rough estimation. Eg: key steps to deploy code on AWS? what's Drupal and alternatives? etc (on a ballpark figure, that will be ~15 hours of work in total assuming you need 10mins to address each question, and maybe faster if you are really experience) Our team is in beginner level on technical - we understand basic PHP, MySQL, Amazon AWS. We want to enrich our knowledge on following areas - web architecture: backend, frontend, database - (PHP)coding best practice: 1) how to collaborate in team 2) security - deploy code on AWS - config AWS according to our needs - database management (MySQL)
