Our Company is looking to hire a software developer to develop a Contract & Invoice Management System. This software must be able to track the current financial status of the contract based on invoices that have been input into the software. 3 types of documents must be input into the software: Contracts, Invoices and Contract Modifications. Simple reports must be obtained from this software such as: all invoices over 2500, all invoices within the last 15 days, all contracts expiring within 30 days, all contracts with a balance below 2500. The query system must have complete flexibility when it comes to queries. The software must be able to support users. Administrative users who can delete invoices and contracts. Software should log such actions. I have developed 90+% of the software through easy to follow mock ups that will be shared. There are a few sections that will require the creativity of the developer to finish. This software will initially be made for use on the local computer but structured for possible network capability in the future. There are several other features that are required for completion of the project that will be discussed later. The emphasis for this project is on quality and not time. Hello, i can do what you need, have some experience in this kind of developments, but i need to be clear that i can create this as online app (unless you install a wamp, or some other program like that on your computer, then it will run as local) Can create reports output as PDF, can include charts to it if needed. Will use bootstrap so the app is well displayed no matter what device access it. Will use MySQL as database. If you have a model of those reports, or forms to show me would be great, so i get a better idea. Thanks!

Hello, As I understand you have developed most of application. But, probably you will consider my proposal. I'm good in development desktop applications. So, I propose you to develop project as desktop application for Windows platform. C# and Visual studio can be used to develop the software. Software will store all information in SQL Server database located on the network (cloud). In this case application may work locally (SQL Server installed on local pc) or in network/internet (SQL Server is installed on remote server/cloud). For generating reports can be used Report Viewer component. It allows to produce reports in Word, Excel and PDF formats. Application will work with different users (with different rights). I have developed similar app for one of the financial agencies in Croatia. If you are interested, I can provide access to a demo page. Reports are excel based. All data sets are searchable and shown in tables. There are no limits on number of concurent users, clients, entries, etc.
