I've over 4 years of experience in Web Scrapping and Automation using various technologies (.NET, Python, Selenium, iMacros, PhantomJS, CasperJS, etc.) I'd suggest you to use iMacros scripting for this automation project. The output script will be fast and accurate. Plus, it will work nicely on Windows and Linux both. If you want this developed in any other language, I'd suggest Python or C# with Selenium.
