Create function for Woocommerce to send email after clicking link in admin e-mail

I'd like to add functionality to my Woocommerce install, that when I get admin e-mail regarding new order, I have link inside that when I click it it will send to customer invoice/order details email. So basically I want same function as in dashboard (attached file), but in form of link in admin e-mail new order template (file attached).

When you click a link in admin. the email should send the invoice to customer ? is that what you mean? can we discuss in detail so i can give you proper price and time to finish it.
