Create Google Sheets Add-on

Not software, per se, but that's the gist of what I need. I essentially need a script written for Google Sheets, which is now considered an "Add-on." Ideal candidate will be familiar with JavaScript and Google Apps Script. Description of need is below. One Spreadsheet document will contain multiple sheets, up to 30 or so. A collaborator will generate a sheet containing a list of equipment (item, quantity, category, notes, etc.). The script will need to be able to search all sheets for an item and then display who has that piece of equipment and its related details. For example, someone needs a 3000w generator. They would search for "generator" and the search results would display the following: John Doe has 1 Honda EU3000is Generator, 3000W, Red Jane Doe has 2 Acme 4500WHD Generator, 4500W, Yellow 1 Honda EU3000is Generator, 3000W, Red Jesse Doe has 1 Google Solar Panel Power Generator, 200W, Blue If you would like to bid, please understand basic programming. Being new to the Google App Scripts platform is ok, but please be prepared to catch on quickly. This is a very simple task for someone who knows what they are doing. It will be a very time consuming task for someone who doesn't know what they are doing. Any questions, please ask BEFORE BIDDING.
