Create a PHP script to interact with Spotify API

I would like a PHP script that interacts with my Spotify App through the Spotify API. When the user authorises the app, the following user data is stored in a MySQL database: email date of birth type of Spotify subscription account country name username profile picture, how many followers on Spotify what user has saved in Your Library We need a second PHP script that will allow us to: Add items to user Library Follow artist The only interface required in a simple backend to allow us to view the data, add items to user library, and add artists for the user to follow.
